Well, it is official; my trip to Manchester has been successfully booked. I will be leaving for Manchester on July 11th, and staying there for a full eight days. I have been looking into the possibility of going to Manchester for several months now, so it is very exciting that I actually have my trip booked now. Now, since travelling by yourself is never as much fun as travelling with someone else, I had asked a good friend of mine last month if he would be interested in going to Manchester with me, and after consulting his schedule and finding out that he would be able to get off of work during the time period that I wanted to go to Manchester, he told me that he would love to go with me. So, in addition to getting the trip booked for myself, I also booked it for my friend. He is going to pay me for his portion of the trip, but by booking our arrangements together, I was able to get a better deal.

Obviously, the first thing that I booked was a flight for the two of us to Manchester. Once that reservation was finalised, I proceeded to find a hotel room for the two of us. Since we are both fairly big guys, I got a hotel room with two beds so that we won’t have to worry about sleeping on the floor or anything like that.

In addition to our hotel, the other reservation I also made was for a Manchester airport car rental. There are a lot of things I want to do during my eight days in Manchester, and I think having a car rental will make it possible to do them all.

My Aunt Loved Seeing Manchester

My aunt doesn’t get to travel nearly as much as she would like. The reason for this is not only does she have a full time job, but she is also a mother of three children. As you can probably imagine, these two major responsibilities keep her quite busy around the clock and throughout the week. While it can be stressful at times, I know that my aunt wouldn’t trade her life for anything in the world. She is madly in love with all of her children (and I might add that she has a wonderful husband), and I know that she is incredibly proud of the work she does and passionate about continuing to succeed.

Now, even though she doesn’t get to travel as much as she would like, this doesn’t mean that she never gets to travel. As I mentioned earlier, she has a wonderful husband, and five years ago, the gift that he gave her for Christmas was the promise that he would make sure she got to take one great trip every year. Since he really is a great guy, he has stuck to his promise, and she has gotten to take a great trip during every one of the years since that Christmas.

For this year’s trip, my aunt decided that she wouldn’t to go to Manchester. She invited me to go with her (I travelled with her last year), but I simply couldn’t get out of work during the time when she was going (and she obviously wasn’t able to change her plans due to her crazy schedule). However, as soon as she got back from Manchester, we got together for lunch and she told me all about her trip. I’ll spare you the details (because that could take up several pages), but the bottom line is that she absolutely loved going there!
